ProBuild acquires Jasper Lumber

The acquisition includes a lumber yard, truss and millwork manufacturing facility and a lumber distribution business.

In November, 2007, ProBuild bought HD Supply’s Lumber and Building Material business which operates as Williams Brothers Lumber in Atlanta. ProBuild operates more than 520 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers in 41 states.
