Lewis-Goetz names new CEO

Industrial Distribution staff -- Industrial Distribution, 1/10/2008 1:27:00 PM

Lewis-Goetz and Co. Inc. president Jeffrey Crane can add a new title to his resume.

The Pittsburgh-based hydraulics, hose and belt distributor named Crane as CEO, replacing David Goetz, Sr., who will remain chairman to oversee acquisitions and major customer and supplier accounts.

Lewis-Goetz ranked 31st on INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTION’s 2007 Big 50 list of distributors, with 2006 sales of $210 million.
