Praxair inks supply deal in China

Praxair’s China division inked a 15-year supply deal with Jinlong Copper Co. Ltd. of China.

Under the terms of the deal, Praxair will supply Jinlong, China’s largest copper smelting operation, with oxygen and nitrogen from a new air separation plant near Jinlong’s facility in Tongling, Anhui. Praxair China already operates two non-cryogenic vacuum pressure swing adsorption plants for the Chinese copper producer.
