GRAND RAPIDS, MICH.—KNGT Logistics changed its name to Concentrek, Inc., coinciding with the launch of expanded services for shipper and carrier customers.

The new name also reflects a commitment to a 360-degree view of the supply chain. Earlier, the firm provided complete supply chain management services to shippers, including consulting and logistics outsourcing.

Concentrek shippers now have access to more tools for managing, measuring, and gaining total visibility of their supply chain. Concentrek entered into an agreement with i2 Technologies, a provider of marketplace solutions, and will deploy i2's transportation management tools and Web-based visibility system internally as well as to customers.
