Tom Reilly to offer “Train the Trainer” seminars for STAFDA members

Author, speaker and ID columnist Tom Reilly will extend his work with STAFDA in 2008 with a series of “Train the Trainer” seminars aimed at sales managers. The seminars continue the work Reilly began last year with STAFDA’s Sales Pro, a training manual designed for outside salespeople serving the industrial and construction markets.STAFDA’s executive director Georgia Foley made the announcement during the convention’s General Session on Monday, Nov. 5, and Reilly followed with a brief presentation explaining the program.
Sales Pro, which Reilly researched and wrote for STAFDA in 2006, was unveiled at last year’s convention in Las Vegas. Next year’s workshops are designed to show sales managers how to teach the principles of Sales Pro to their sales staffs.
“We want to teach you how to be the teacher,” Reilly said.
The first workshop will be held January 6-8 at Reilly’s training center in St. Louis. There are no other articles related to this article.
