84 Lumber to open four new stores, truss and panel plant

84 Lumber Co. plans to open four new locations and a truss and panel plant in November.The building materials manufacturer/distributor said the four new stores and the plant, set to debut Nov. 27, will be in Redmond, Ore., West Jordan, Utah., Pearl River, La., and Sanford, Fla.
The Redmond store includes a 3,300-square-foot showroom, a 3,300-square-foot office, an 81,000-square-foot storage facility and 31,900 square feet of exterior storage space.
The 16-employee West Jordan store includes a 3,000-square-foot showroom, a 2,700-square-foot office, a 36,000-square-foot storage facility and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage space.
The truss and panel plant, also located in West Jordan, includes a 5,000-square-foot office, a 24,000-square-foot factory and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage space. The plant will employ 19 people.
The Pearl River store includes a 3,100-square-foot showroom, a 4,400-square-foot office, a 44,500-square-foot storage facility and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage space.
The 11-employee Sanford store includes a 5,100-square-foot showroom, a 4,700-square-foot office, a 32,100-square-foot storage facility and 24,000 square feet of exterior storage space.
