Simpson Strong-Tie buys Swan Secure Products

Simpson Strong-Tie Co. Inc. acquired Swan Secure Products Inc. for $43.5 million in cash.

Simpson, a division of building products maker Simpson Manufacturing Co. Inc., is based in Pleasanton, Calif. Swan Secure is based in Baltimore.
