The Parflange 1050 high-production workstation can make both 37 flares and flat-face flanges for tube assemblies

The Parflange 1050 high-production workstation can produce both 37 flares and flat-face flanges for tube assemblies in less than 20 seconds. The unit features an automatic cycle start triggered by tube insertion, an automatic drive and short cycle times. Depending on tube material and wall thickness, the unit can accommodate a maximum tube capacity up to 1½ in. OD (38 mm), covering the majority of tube flaring and flanging applications. The unit produces flares and flanges for tube sizes -4 – 24 (¼–1½ in.) and holds up to 10 pin and die sets that can be quickly changed with minimal adjustment. It features an automatic tool lubricator and an automatic die clamping mechanism with operator safety shield.
