Rotary punching cutters
Staff -- Industrial Distribution, 6/1/2007
These rotary die technologies are designed to cut the thinner fibers in non-woven products and are engineered for high-precision, long-service intervals and production speeds up to 2,300 ft./min. Rotary-matched hardened metal punching tools for precisely sized holes can be retrofitted into most web processing machines. Available options include a cantilevered design for simplified roll changes; mechanical or servo-drives; turnkey off-line punching solutions; hot needle tools for non-woven materials or thin gauge film materials; and cold systems for micro perforations.
