The GSR 1200 semi-automatic router is designed for PCB depanelling applications using Microsoft Windows-based software for tool life tracking and automatic file backup. The router comes with an analog CCD video camera for a view of the board from the perspective of the router bit. Tool bit diameter compensation allows for a change of diameter without alterations to the cutting program. Its features include routing speeds up to 100mm per second and positioning speeds up to 1,000mm per second. Options include auto tool change, pneumatic tool release and a 0.5kW spindle.
