The Flexadux PV R-4 is a medium- weight, clear PVC hose reinforced with a spring steel wire helix designed for dust and light woodchip collection. Its high compressibility reduces shipping costs and saves storage space—a 10 ft. x 4 in. I.D. hose ships in a 4½ in. x ½ in. x 3 ft. box. The hose comes in 2 in.–12 in. I.D. sizes and standard 10 ft., 25 ft., and 50 ft. lengths. At 2–5 in. I.D. the hose has a 0.025 in. wall thickness; at 6 in. and above the wall thickness is 0.028 in. Resists chemicals and water and operates from 20°F–160°F.
