The JAM100 Mini Diaphragm Chuck features a built-in air cylinder and spindle unit and a total TIR of less than 0.001mm. The unit consists of a diaphragm chuck, a chuck actuator, and a precise spindle and is roughly the size of a fist. The chuck can be customized according to clients' requirements, such as higher speed and tailor-made jaw pads. It is ideal for machining fiber connectors, micro bearings, optical components, medical coronary stents, and spindles of micro motors, hard disks, and CD/DVD players.
