Rigid beam couplings

Staff -- Industrial Distribution, 2/1/2007

The F–series Flexible beam couplings with high torsional rigidity feature 6 beams as configured by 2 sets of 3 spiral cuts. Compared to typical beam couplings with fewer spiral cuts, these are shorter and have a steeper helix angle to give them more resistance to wind–up and a higher torque capacity. The couplings come in 5 body sizes with outside diameters ranging from 5/8 in. (15.9 mm) to 1½ in. (38.1 mm). Available bores range from 3/16 in. (5 mm) to ¾ in. (19 mm).
