Quick-Step metal surface finishing system transforms metal from a rough surface to a mirror finish in three steps, according to WALTER. Quick-Step uses a hook and loop backing pad to attach; and features 40-, 60-, 80- or 120-grit segmented flap discs, as well as extra coarse, coarse, medium, fine or super fine BLENDEX conditioning discs. Felt polishing discs used with a superior polishing compound achieve the mirror finish.

The versatility of the system is further enhanced with a wide selection of DECO or Poli-Quick dry polishing and surface finishing discs, which allow users to match or produce perfect matte finishes on stainless steel effortlessly. Users also can match a difficult #2 mill finish with one disc.
