Cuts like a diamond

TECH DIAMOND BLADES OFFER FASTER CONCRETE CUTS, INCREASED EFFICIENCY, AND PRECISE PATTERNS TO THE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION MARKET

MK Diamond Products introduces the Engineered Diamond Placement Technology tech diamond blade to the professional concrete construction market.

These blades are engineered to increase their efficiency by 65%. The diamond crystals within the segment are arranged in a precise staggered pattern within the rows, thereby offsetting the cutting configuration. The increased efficiency is accomplished by engineering the diamond placement so the embedded crystals are working in unison across the face of the blade's cutting surface.

Benefits to the contractor include: faster concrete cuts with a blade that will last longer; cutting speed that translates directly into lower labor costs and reduced operator fatigue; and capability that matches the work of three other brand's blades. Applications include: general-purpose cutting using high-speed cut-off saws; dry concrete cutting; and dry brick and concrete block cutting.

The blades are available in 12-, 14-, 16-, and 20-in. versions.

Auger Bits

The Bosch Power Band Tip focuses drilling power toward each bits super-sharp cutting edge. The bits make drilling holes to run conduit, copper pipe, PVC, gas line or alignment holes for retaining walls or railroad ties easier. The Spur Auger Bit line ranges in size from ¼ to 1½-in. diameters, and 7½-, 13- and 17-in. lengths. A cutting spur cuts clean, fast holes for applications unlikely to encounter staples or nails. Low-friction, solid center flutes with black-oxide coating reduces chip clogging and provides added rigidity.

Bolt Cutters

With a slim cutting head to permit cutting close to surfaces, RIDGID bolt cutters can cut metals up to 42 RC hardness and are ideal for cutting rod, wire mesh, concrete form ties and rebar. The tools range in size from 14 in. to 42 in. The cutting head incorporates a single 1-step internal cam mechanism to provide a quick and simple way to maintain precise blade alignment.

Insulated Tools (IND050802TCSprod6)

Insulated pliers and cutting tools' handles are designed to provide extra protection against shock from emergized sources up to 1000 volts. The handles are constructed of a flame-retardant, impact-resistant outer coating and a thick, extra-tough, high-dielectric inner coating that is bonded to the tool's forged steel handle.

Cordless Impact Drivers

The DMR series consists of 9.6-, 12-, 14.4- and 18-volt impact drivers and impact wrenches. A Cool Flow system provides a steady stream of air to the motor, allowing the impact to run harder and longer, minimizing the risk of burnout. The electronic feedback power control switch saves time and effort by providing equal torque and rpm in both forward and reverse. The tools are ideal for working in tight spaces or compromised positions such as on a ladder or under a deck.

Enhanced Flashlight

The Luxeon LED flashlight now has increased run time, giving industrial professionals added assurance they will have consistent, ultra-bright light for extended use. In addition to a maximum run time of up to 4 hours, the Streamlight Jr. Luxeon provides 2 additional hours of declining usable output. Featuring an unbreakable polycarbonate lens, the flashlight weighs less than 4 ounces with batteries and measures 6.5 in.
