Even Cut Abrasive Company's expanded line of flap brushes are made from a flexible, open-structured nylon web with embedded resin and aluminum oxide grain. They are ideal for removing surface contaminants and oxidation, and for blending and producing fine scratch patterns on aluminum, brass, stainless and other materials.

For hand-held power tool applications, flap brushes come with straight round ¼-in. shank or ¼-20 quick change threaded shanks. Bench tools and production machine applications are supplied with metal hubs or rigid cores depending on the outer diameter of the brush or application requirement.

Because of the open nature of the brush, flap brushes run cool, and decrease the potential of smearing, chatter marks and discoloration of the area being finished. They are available from 1 ½ in. to 12 in. in diameter, in widths from 1 in. to 48 in.; and in a full range of abrasive grits and materials.
