Included in the offering are the Distribution System Optimizer and Distribution System Wizard modules. SINTHESIS analyzes and optimizes every aspect of the order fulfillment process in high-throughput distribution centers performing full-case or split-case item-oriented order fulfillment.

SINTHESIS is comprised of eight software groups with 26 customizable, extendible modules. These modules manage planning, warehousing, inventory, routing, order fulfillment, and distribution processes to deliver up to 99.95 percent picking accuracy, increase throughout by up to 70 percent, and cut return volumes by as much as 80 percent.
