Brennan Industries' new line tests hydraulic systems at working pressures

Brennan Industries' line of test point fittings allows for quick connections to monitor and control pressure, vent a system, or draw samples. As testers for hydraulic systems at working pressures, the fittings are ideal for use with hydraulic oils and other mineral-based fluids used in off-road mobile equipment.

The fittings connect easily to measurement, control and switching devices so users can make connections quickly. The connection is leak-proof before the ball check is open to minimize contamination of the hydraulic system, and a self-locking metal cap further protects the system.

Fittings are available in a range of styles and sizes. The line includes test couplings with protective cap DP (17 models), DP with JIC connection (9 models), DPF with ORFS connection (2 models), test hoses DTH (8 models), gauge adaptors DGA (3 models), direct gauge adaptors DDG (3 models), and pressure gauges (4 models). The selection includes NPT, UNF, BSPP M and metric thread sizes.
