I.D.A. produced the training manuals in conjunction with INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTION. There are 12 manuals in the series, each designed to help entry-level employees gain the product knowledge they need to succeed in distribution. The manuals cover the following topics: Abrasives, Cutting Tools, Saw Blades, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Tool and Die Supplies, Chemicals and Lubricants, Machine Tools, Maintenance Supplies, Materials Handling, Quality Control Products, and Safety Supplies.
