MONTREAL — TECSYS, Inc., a supply chain management software com-pany, announced the availability of EliteSeries Release 7.2.

Key features in EliteSeries 7.2 are: container tracking/costing, an inventory control application allowing distributors to track and manage overseas shipments from the point of origin to the ultimate destination; customer contracts, where distributors manage their customers with contract options specific to their needs; and vendor cost rebates, in which costs and promotions are captured according to each specific vendor's contract.

"Earlier this year, we launched EliteSeries 7.1 with overwhelming market acceptance," said Peter Brereton, president and co-CEO of TECSYS. "Release 7.2 now takes it up another notch with better performance, improved Web controls and business functionality aimed squarely at the distribution marketplace."
