WIHA's Maxiflex hose system offers flexibility to all applications.

The WIHA Maxiflex hose system is a flexible, universal articulated hose system designed for cooling and cleaning in sawing, drilling, turning, milling, grinding and eroding. The broad range of hose joints, nozzles, threaded nipples, Y-junctions and in-line valves allow for an ideal solution to most every cooling and cleaning problem.

Available in ¼-in. and ½-in. dia., the hose is a high-quality and indestructible plastic; is dimensionally stable through tight-fitting components that will not alter under pressure or machine vibrations; and is resistant to chemicals and solvents and is non-conductive. Extensive design knowledge and precise manufacturing of all components ensures that the hose system functions for each individual application without deforming. Adapters enable the user to expand the Maxiflex, incorporating other flexible hose systems.

As well as transporting and distributing cooling and cleaning agents, the Maxiflex can be used in air vacuum or blowing systems, and the distribution of various solvents. A practical holder allows the user to set the hose for many applications in fixed constructions.
