SAN DIEGO AND MARIETTA, GA.— Vistant®, a developer of point-of-use technology and supply automation solutions for industry, announced a co-marketing agreement with WinWare, Inc., which provides inventory management solutions.

The companies now have the reciprocal ability to purchase and market each other's products to their customers.

Both WinWare and Vistant have product lines that include point-of-use distribution devices, software, scanners and other inventory management tools. In particular, in addition to Vistant's Optivation™ and FlexiStock™ software, WinWare's CribMaster™ application enhances Vistant's ability to offer targeted software control capabilities to the various markets that it serves.
