ATLANTA — Inspired Solutions merged with M2 Business Solutions, Inc. of Raleigh, N.C. and Martin Software Associates, Inc. of Birmingham, Ala. The new Inspired Solutions becomes the largest business partner in the southeast for Exact Software.

Bruce Hollinger, founder of the former Macola Software – which merged with Exact in 2002 – joined Inspired Solutions' executive team as chairman. Under Hollinger's guidance, Macola grew from a small division of an engineering firm to a large provider of manufacturing and distribution business software for small and mid-market companies.

"The new Inspired Solutions has more depth and breadth of skills on Exact products than any organization in North America," says Hollinger.
