Red Prairie software proves ROI

Staff -- Industrial Distribution, 8/1/2002

Waukesha, Wis. — Red Prairie, formerly McHugh Software, will guarantee its supply chain execution software will take out more logistics costs and drive more value than any other in the market. The company will address these market trends to achieve customer results: Logistics costs are currently eight to 15 percent of sales and are rising; and customers who spend millions on supply chain software with little ROI are dissatisfied.

Red Prairie's productivity, warehouse and transportation management products will produce measurable savings, the company said. Red Prairie will guarantee results using a gain-sharing program, and has aligned the company's goals to focus on customers' results
