Marion, Ohio — As a result of Macola Software's merger last year with Exact Software, the new company's name became Exact Macola Software, or simply Exact Macola. The new logo represents the two companies' becoming a "stronger, global entity," according to spokeswoman Laura Ustaszewski.

Macola delivers Microsoft-based accounting, e-business, CRM, manufacturing, and distribution solutions. Macola products combine robust functionality with flexibility and scalability, Ustaszewski says.
