The software reduces error rates and the amount of work required to submit and manage warranty claims, the firm says. Running in a real-time environment, service centers can make claim submissions and changes at any time without having to re-submit a claim and verify payment.
Manufacturers have access to all claims and edit rule information by utilizing several data management and report options. All claims are validated against the manufacturer's model and serial numbers and labor rates to ensure the claim information is correct for payment.
