Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.— Tool vending systems provider AutoCrib entered a joint marketing and distribution agreement with DispenseSource™, a provider of automated inventory systems for industrial markets.

Both firms provide unique point-of-use inventory systems that compliment one another and track and control inventory within major manufacturing facilities. DispenseSource will market the Autocrib product line and tool crib software solution under a private label.

The newly branded products that will be manufactured by AutoCrib include the SmartSource 100 single unit tool dispensing system, the SmartLocker system for large material and tool control, and the patented SmartCarousal System that can hold up to 2,000 SKUs and provide single-unit dispensing of each item. Each of the systems is fully integrated into the web-based Smart Inventory Manager, allowing real-time, accurate inventory visibility and analytical reporting.
