Fourthchannel releases interactive selling software

Columbus, Ohio— Software provider fourthchannel, inc. upgraded its e-commerce suite with configuration and order management tools, called ProfitBuilder Selling Suite 4.0.

The software bridges the gap between e-commerce and customer relationship management, which the firm says will shorten sales cycles, enhance sales force effectiveness, and streamline order management.

"It's clear that the fastest return on investment for many of our customers begins with front-line sales and customer service representatives," says Michael Morgan, vice president of marketing. "Our primary strategic focus going forward will be to leverage our e-selling foundation and expertise to provide a full-featured interactive selling system."
