Systems Design provides customer relationship tools

South Holland, Ill.— Systems Design, Inc. released PRISM™ e-Enterprise, software that delivers critical customer information to a distributor's customer service representatives in a friendly format.
Delivered through a desktop via what the firm calls an Enterprise Information Portal, PRISM e-CRM provides data such as past orders, credit history and personal information. Distributors may rank customers using past history data as criteria, and the software is also tightly integrated with applications like order entry.
The software combines front office, back office, and business intelligence solutions to increase employee productivity, automate the warehouse, maximize inventory turns and more, the company says.
