Syngistix is new name for Distribution Resources Co.

DENVER —Distribution Resources Co., a veteran distribution software provider, renamed itself Syngistix, Inc.

The company provides enterprise-wide, Web-enabled distribution solutions for mid-market distribution and fulfillment companies. Syngistix has an installed base of more than 300 customers and more than 1,000 installations. It also provides expertise in development, consulting, training, and support.

Syngistix was recently acquired by a Denver investment group. The new management team includes CEO Scotte Hudsmith; Marjorie Rodell, vice president of marketing and corporate development; and Steve Guillaume, chief technology officer and vice president of product development.

"Syngistix has a new vitality and a new vision," says Hudsmith. "As our new name suggests, there is a synergy of people, products, partners and support.

We look forward to consulting with our new and old customers to address their distribution challenges with the most appropriate processes and technologies to achieve their business goals."
