LEWISVILLE, TEXAS —Distribution management software provider Dimasys, Inc. relocated its headquarters to Lewisville, Texas, from Dallas.

Founded in 1992, Dimasys has an installed base of more than 400 distributors throughout North America and delivers high-end software functionality to both small and mid-sized distributors. The company has 18 employees with plans to expand to 25 later this year. It was recently recognized as one of Dallas' fastest growing high tech firms.

"We are launching a major new product in the fourth quarter that will dramatically increase the size of our company and space expansion became critical to accommodate our additional staff requirements" says CEO Gary Simon.
