Warehouse 'Librarian' keeps real-time stock watch

Bellevue, Wash.-Intek Integration Technologies' Warehouse LibrarianT 4.0, features enhancements to its flagship warehouse management system.

New tools include Conveyor Director, an application that manages conveyor systems and is designed to host any configuration and model of conveyor.

Version 4.0 also manages location-specific stock allocation, which guarantees that all items needed are available before the order is filled. Other features include the ability to support both a 40-character stock numbering system and more than 1,000 warehouse zones.

Librarian supports Oracle, Microsoft SQL and Pervasive databases and its technology is based on Microsoft Visual C++, an object-oriented framework.
