Product training manuals available now

Newton, Mass.-The Industrial Distribution Assn. and Industrial Distributionmagazine are collaborating to produce a series of product training manuals for industrial distributors. To date, four manuals are available covering saw blades, cutting tools, abrasives and hand tools.

Each manual is an introductory guide to the product. They can be used to train new employees or as a refresher course for existing employees. Included in each guide is a history of the product, a market overview, definitions, usage tips, "upselling" ideas, quizzes, hands-on activities, and more. Each manual also includes a final self-test.
