SyVox expands reach ofits warehouse products

Boulder, colo.-SyVox Corp., a provider of speech recognition software for distribution logistics, will resell its RxP suite of applications and other services through Application Solutions, Inc.

ASI is a Markham, Ontario-based provider of warehouse and shipping management software. The firm will integrate RxP technology into its "Maestro" warehouse management product.

The move will offer distributors an alternative solution for working in both freezer and hands-free picking environments.

The interactive speech-based solution allows mobile warehouse workers to hear instructions through a headset earpiece and to communicate data and instructions to the end users' system through a headset microphone.
