NEDA creates scholarship fund
NEDA creates scholarship fund The National Electronic Distributors Assn.'s Education Foundation has created the Patrick A. Moran Scholarship Fund in memory of Pat Moran, formerly of Texas Instruments.
Moran, 49, who died in early February, was a member of the NEDA Board of Directors from April 1998 to March 1999. He had recently retired from Texas Instruments where he last served as director of worldwide distribution.
"Pat was at the heart of TI's distribution program for nearly 20 years," said John Simari, TI's director of worldwide distribution. "The industry has lost a good friend and colleague with his passing. This scholarship fund continues his mentorship of those who will guide the industry in the future."
