Conveyor belt pre-cleaner

Conveyor belt pre-cleaner strips away carryback residue at the head pulley to keep more material in the product stream and reduce cleanup elsewhere; independent, segmented blades self-adjust to irregular contours of belt-surface wear patterns to maintain efficient cleaning throughout the life of the blades and avoid need for frequent retensioning; assures uniform blade contact across the belt by keeping each blade segment individually under constant pressure of a pre-tensioned rubber cushion.
