PTDA names ESF officers.

PTDA names ESF officers. The Power Transmission Distributors Assn. has announced the new board of trustees for its Educational & Scholastic Foundation. Robert Callahan, senior vice president, business development and acquisitions for U.S. Tsubaki, was named president of the Foundation for 2000. Dave Witwer, general manager of Reserve Motion Control Systems, was named vice president; Jeff Pickelman was named ESF treasurer. Other ESF trustees include: Bob DeVinney of Nexen Group, Inc.; Ron Hitchins of U.S. Electrical Motor Division, Emerson Electric; Penny Omnès of BC Bearing Engineers, Ltd.; and Doug Savage of Bearing Service, Inc.

The PTDA Educational & Scholastic Foundation provides funding for education and research programs that enhance knowledge, professionalism and productivity within the power transmission/motion control industry.
