Flat top sliding shoe sorter

Flat top sliding shoe sorter consists of closely spaced flat top aluminum slats, which create a virtually flat conveyor surface area; unique flat top feature allows the sliding shoe sorter to be used for sortation of a wide variety of odd-shaped items; has sorting capacity of up to 540 ft per minute and can sort as many as 230 cartons per minute, based on an 18 in. average box length; sorter lengths of more than 800 ft are possible; strong, lightweight design minimizes switch impact and accelerative loads.
