Merger seminar slated for March 8-9

NEWTON, MA.--Industrial Distribution and Pembroke Consulting will co-sponsor an in-depth seminar on mergers and acquisitions March 8-9, 2000 at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, Ga.

The conference will be co-chaired by Jack Keough, associate publisher/editor of Industrial Distribution and Adam Fein of Pembroke Consulting. Fein is an expert in the mergers and acquisition field and has spoken on the topic at several industry seminars and conferences, including the recent Spring Convention of the American Supply and Machinery Manufacturers Assn. and the Industrial Distribution Assn. in San Francisco.

"We're very excited to sponsor such an important seminar," Keough said, noting that mergers and acquisitions continue to be one of the most significant industry trends affecting both manufacturers and distributors.
