Air-powered right angle end prep tool for boiler tube rework features rigid cutterhead supported by dedicated bearing, combined with wedge-style blade locking system; produces clean, continuous chip; can perform up to 300 preps with single blade, depending upon tube material and condition; requires minimum 2 - 5/8 in. radial clearance to easily fit "Dutchman" window and has working range from 3/4 in. to 4 1/2 O.D.; capable of simultaneously beveling, flat facing, and boring; sealed construction allows tool to be used in any orientation.
