NEDA makes two new hires

The National Electronic Distributors Assn. recently hired two new employees in its industry practices area, the department that manages NEDA's standard-setting and statistical activities. Stuart Gillespie has been named vice president of industry practices and Becky Sizemore has been named director of industry practices.Gillespie, who has 20 years of industry experience, comes to NEDA after eight years as quality assurance manager for AVX Corp. He has also worked for Sprague Electric, Collins Radio (a division of Rockwell International) and Hexcel. He has a B.S. in industrial technology from Buffalo State University.
Sizemore's background includes experience with manufacturing, quality control and total quality management. She has worked for AP Green Refractories, Corning Glass Works, United Technologies Optical Systems, and Therma-Plate. She has a B.S. in management from Georgia Tech. Most recently, she was a market research consultant for the consumer product and healthcare industries.
