ISSA scholarship deadline nears

Those interested in applying for an International Sanitary Supply Assn. Foundation scholarship must send a letter of intent to the association by May 1 and complete the application process by June 1. Employees and employee family members of ISSA member companies are eligible for the scholarship program.

For the 1998-99 academic year, the ISSA Foundation awarded over 45 scholarships, totaling more than $100,000. The 1999-2000 program will include 27 district scholarships for $2,500 each, as well as over 15 designated scholarships. Designated scholarships are awarded in honor of individuals and/or companies, including Fort James Corp., Robert H. Apple, New Jersey Sanitary Supply Assn., New England Sanitary Supply Assn., New York Sanitary Supply Assn., NSS Co.'s J.J. Bevington Sr., and Edward Lane.
