Praising e-commerce

Dear Jack:You are right on the mark with your December editorial (E-commerce: A strategic weapon, pg. 15). The industrial sector has been dangerously slow to get on board this train. Thanks for getting it out in the masses. I don't think it can be said enough; otherwise, the distribution channel of marketing will go the way of sandwich boards and door to door vacuum salesmen.
