STAFDA announces '99 officers. The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Assn. announced the election of officers for 1999 at its annual meeting in November. Dutton Miller, chief executive officer of Whitehead Hardware in Valdosta, Ga., was elected president; Marc Beerman, president of Beerman Precision in New Orleans, La., was named vice president; Jay Montague, president and owner of Atlantic Tool Systems in Hawthorne, N.J., and Jim Beckstein, owner of Mill Supplies Inc. in Ft. Wayne, Ind., were elected to the association's board of directors...
