By Staff -- Industrial Distribution, 10/1/1998

Enter now for the American Eagle Awards Program. Entry forms for the American Eagle Awards program are now being accepted. The program is sponsored by the American Supply and Machinery Manufacturers' Assn., and honors members of ASMMA and the Industrial Distribution Assn. who make outstanding contributions to the free enterprise system through various company programs. The awards are open to companies of all sizes and are granted for the most outstanding programs in support of government, employees, communities, educational institutions and the environment. There is also an award for companies with the best overall programs.

Winners receive scholarship funds to be granted to students in their hometowns, and each overall winner receives a Steuben Glass sculpture of an American eagle. The deadline for entries is December 15, 1998. For more information, call ASMMA at (216) 241-7333...
