NIBA expands scholarship program

NIBA expands scholarship program. The National Industrial Belting Assn. has added a third scholarship to its Annual Scholarship program. Beginning in 1999, the Ray Snow Memorial Scholarship will be given to a deserving college student. The $2,000 scholarship honors Snow, a former NIBA president and president of Rubber Plus, Inc., who died earlier this year.

The award is available to children of NIBA member-company employees. The fund may be used at any college or university for a business-related course of study. NIBA's education committee will select the recipient...
