AHTD makes Web site improvements

The Assn. for High Technology Distribution recently unveiled its new, improved Web site at www.ahtd.org. The site features news for members and non-members, including newsletters, committee updates, membership information and meeting details.

One of the site's newest features is The Buyer's Source, a section that allows customers to find distributors within their territories selling the product they need. Customers conduct a search by entering their zip code and then selecting from a variety of product categories. The site will highlight all distributors within that specific region.

The site also now includes a special password-protected area available only to AHTD members. In this area, members can post comments or queries on the AHTD bulletin board, utilize direct links to AHTD committee chairs or browse the AHTD membership directory...
