Federal patent received for Thermoid Hy-Flex Dock Hose; Hy-Flex is composite hose that conforms to U.S.C.G. 33CFR154.5, and meets RMA IP-8 Type 2 Class III, and BS 1435, R15 and won't stretch or snag; combines toughness and durability of traditional rubber hoses with lightness and easy-to-handle flexibility of composite hose; ideal for use on docks, barges and over-the-rail applications; designed for use with chemicals, oils, and aromatic hydrocarbons to 100%, as well as MTBEs to 100%; outer rubber hose portion includes high-strength textile cords that limit elongation; available in lengths up to 100 ft.
