Speedglas(reg) 9000 welding helmet and auto-darkening lens have a "breathable" design; helmets have aerodynamically designed exhaust vents that remove exhaled air without letting in welding smoke; four different lens models are available that automatically switch from light to dark when an arc is struck; helmet has received the Product of the Year award given by Plant Engineering magazine.
