Springer named IFI chairman

Springer named IFI chairman. J. William Springer, president of Industrial Nut Corp. of Sandusky, Ohio, has been named chairman of the Industrial Fasteners Institute's board of directors. John M. O'Brien, vice president, sales and marketing for Federal Screw Works, Detroit, Mich., has been named IFI's vice chairman, and Donald E. Surber, president and CEO of ATF, Inc. in Lincolnwood, Ill., has been recognized as immediate past chairman of the board. The elections were held at IFI's 67th Annual Meeting, which took place at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Tex. in February...
